Researcher at the Section of Postmodern Literature and Criticism in the Institute of Polish Literature,  University of Silesia in Katowice, specializing in twentieth-century and recent literature. Examples of her works in the field include Przemiany poetyki Ryszarda Krynickiego (Kraków, 2004), Lekcje nieobecności. Szkice o najnowszej poezji polskiej (2001–2010) (Mikołów, 2010), Melancholia w poezji polskiej po 1989 roku (Kraków, 2010). Her forthcoming book focuses on the connections between Polish poetry and avant-garde/post-avant-garde art. Editor-in-Chief of Kwartalnik Kulturalny OPCJE.

Literary historian and critic, Full Professor at the Faculty of Polish Studies, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where she has founded the Chair of Literary Criticism; Editor-in-Chief of Nowa Dekada Krakowska. She has written books about Konstanty Ildefons Gałczyński, Stanisław Brzozowski, Czesław Miłosz, the Generation of 1910, and contemporary literature in addition to several autobiographical essays.

Poet, publisher, musician, translator, literary studies scholar with a PhD in Theory of Literature, social activist, experimenter, and performance artist. In Ukraine, he is known as an extreme poet in continuous search for new means of expression and poetic genres, as exemplified by phonetic poetry – poems without words, replaced by sounds and syllables. Member of various music projects; author of 10 books of poetry, translated into a number of languages, published in Poland, Denmark and the Czech Republic. FORMA has published a selection of his poems in Polish translation by Marcin Gaczkowski, Wolny człowiek jeszcze się nie urodził (2019). He has founded and heads the publishing house Krok. He lives in Ternopil
